Brendan Kingman
Brendan joined Canterbury Bankstown Vikings at the start of the 1989/1990 season after spending his junior playing days with Bankstown Sports Baseball Club. Brendan is still a playing member of the Vikings.

He obtained his first professional contract in 1992 with the Florida Marlins and remained with that organisation through to 1996.
From 1998 to 2000 he was with the Seattle Mariners and in 2001 and 2002 played with Bridgeport Bluefish in the Independent League.

AUSTRALIAN BASEBALL LEAGUE/NSW BASEBALL LEAGUE CAREER
As a junior Brendan represented at both state and national level.
He was the 1997/98 batting champion for the Sydney Storm in the Australian National League .
He was part of the 2003 to 2006 NSW Claxton Shield teams.
He represented Australia at a senior level in 1995,1997,1999 and 2002 to 2006.
In 1997 Brendan was a member of Australia’s Intercontinental Cup team in Barcelona which won Australia’s first medal in a worldwide event – bronze.
In 1999 he was part of Australia’s Intercontinental Cup side which won the gold medal.
In 2004 member of Australian Silver Medal winning team at the Athens Olympics.
In 2005 coached the NSW Under 16 squad to first place in the Australian National Championships.
